Happy Days! 2

Subject: Attitude, Consistency

USA, New Mexico (Santa Fe)
We were lucky to be in Santa Fee shortly before the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead. Serious and fun decoration all over the place. Like these shrill skull chain of lights. As the Dia De Los Muertos is a joyful celebration of life and death, a ritual saying came to my mind from a friend in Australia/Tasmania. Every time we said goodbye to each other, he wished us ‘Happy Days’. It will always raise a smile on our faces. Thanks, Fintan!

in a nutshell...

– your personal development

Your attitude is how you interact with the world according to how you see things. Example: If you are not open-minded towards changes, you will mainly see risks in changing something and therefore avoid changes. Here is the challenge: Live is a constant change. One of the most important changes is the change in your attitude. How to change your attitude? Consciously changing your attitude by changing your thoughts and ideas about something or someone. It changes your personality from a mostly unconscious level into self-determined thoughts, beliefs and emotions – to live an abundant life.

The major key to your better future is you. True and sustainable happiness does not lie in what you get. It lies in what a person you become. Start to make a difference and show up with a great attitude!

in a nutshell...

– long-term self-discipline

Even a plant, that keeps on growing slowly, breaks through the concrete. Even people who do not work smart but ongoing hard, get their rewards and overtake a lot of others. Now imagine you work hard, smart and ongoing! To get what you want, you choose your direction and move towards it with purposeful consistent efforts that will yield to big results. To follow up on your goals it helps to create habits, behaviour and act with deliberate consistency.

or the pain of regret.’
